Just made this - did the veggies in the food processor - courgette, peppers, red cabbage, celeriac and carrots - it was yummy - used turkey leg meat making it a very cheap meal - thanks Kevin for another super supper dish
This is honestly one of my new favorites I will be eating it quite often so delicious so versatile I'm healthy. Thanks for the idea greatly appreciate it keep them coming sir.
I made a version of this tonight. I skipped the sauce, added some pickled daikon, and some crispy noodles to replicate egg roll wrapper and it was delicious. Thank you so much for my new quick, go-to recipe.
You keep reading my mind! Every time I'm pondering dinner you come up with something I was leaning towards. I wanted something Asian and light- but the sweet sour sauce put it over the top for me!! Yum!!

I make this all the time with ground turkey and add ginger and garlic for even more flavor. Fast, healthy, and delicious.
Add some bean sprouts near the end of cooking for volume and extra crunch
What is the serving size?
