Here in the USA you can buy up to 25 % acidity vinegar at least , for cleaning purposes .

Nice information ji . where are you residing ji . In India ? We have a tiago car . regular water drops from parking ceiling Above The Car Top has created a tough stain , on the top of the car and has dripped down to the Door . . May be due to acidic nature from the Ceiling ?? when i enquire with Car Garage , they say it has to be Repainted and cost me Rs 3500 to Rs 4500. What can i do now ? Am yet to try your suggestion of Vinegar+ water solution . Please suggest a good way to rectify it .

Sindoor stains cut deep into clear coat and it's difficult to remove. It can only be removed in a process I have shown in a different video which requires some expertise.

How to remove swirlmarke or how to protect from swirl marks??

You can use a polishing compound to remove light swirl marks. For deep one paint correction is necessary. To protect use good quality microfibre cloth, avoid dusting with bad quality duster. Use two bucket method while washing. It's endless.
