Melbourne 平地多可開發地有240 km, Sydney 多山多bushes,可開發地有70 km, 囤地會去Sydney

大陆人叫悉尼 不是悉梨。 悉尼听起来像是书香门第之家取得名字 雪梨虽说也好听 但像是农民之家取出来的名字。
