Zbigniew Brzezinski interview for CGTN

This is the second time I interviewed ziggy, meaning I filmed the feature. The first time back in 1985ish it was a totally different ziggy... He was tough... ZIggy ask the reporter how many answers he would use in the story. RIck, the reporter said twice, Ziggy said then you have only two questions. Rick was very sharp and knew exactly what he wanted and that's all he needed. What usually happens, the reporter doesn't know the story so they will quiz the mark on camera and only use one answer at most... and it really upsets the guest when they see the story on the air. When this happens at the network level it's because you haven't said what they want to hang you on. So the network producer will ask the same question ten different ways until you say what they want you to say clearly and in a short amount of time. The mark must remember this interview isn't for their benefit and they don't care if your life is destroyed... They want an award.
