The first one vs Zach was close but AG edged out. The 2nd one was a complete robbery. It wasn't close.

Both of those contests were close enough to be draws. I think none of them deserved to lose because they all showed out. It just sucks AG had to get the short end of the stick.

AG was better than Derrick Jones that night.

Cannot believe they didn’t ask whether Air Gordon is coming back to claim it all in this year’s dunk contest?

Contest was hard from both sides no lie,but when Zach decided to windmill from the FREE THROW,and then follow it up w a FREE THROW tween he had to take that home

I can't argue with that. it was close, but I think the judges didn't really understand how hard that last dunk was that Gordon did. The man jumped cocked it all the way back behind his head as far as he could go, then brought it down low as far as he could go then flushed it. The mechanics of that dunk was very hard, but just didn't have the flair of Levine's last dunk.

@@centinelyork Glad someone else noticed it. That dunk was like 2 dunks in 1.

Shawn Kemp never won either, but I would say its fair to say AG is the best dunker that never won a dunk contest. Though I find Kemp's in game dunks are way more exciting and AG has better dunk contest dunks

Personal i though that he didnt won it, because if the elementary school logic in judging dunks.
If you always rate dunks between 8 and 10 points, a 50 isnt special and a great dunk is as good as an astoning one.
It would be great if the 50 signs stay at home, and average contest dunk get a 25-30 not a 45 ... Then the judges can make a difference when the next two dunks are better.
Reserve the 10/50 for perfection, and rate with an what if when the next dunk is better.
