Welcome to the most October of Autumn days. My amazing friends Erica & Serynna and I went to Halloweentown...as in the very same Halloweentown as the Disney movie! It was the cheesiest kind of wonderful. We also visited Bella Swan's house from Twilight and explored a classic pumpkin patch-- in short, this day was filled with many laughs, all sorts of autumnal magic, and quality girl-time ✨🍁👻

Not Morgan living my life's dream! I love it! You're so right about needing to be intentional about enjoying the season as an adult. I find it's almost even harder as a parent of a toddler because you want to do all the things with them but you have to make sure they're age appropriate and even then they don't always love it like you think they will or you remember loving lol.

It seems such a big thing where you are, to celebrate Halloween? We do not here in England really. I think that the trick or treating goes on in some rural villages, but now is always with an adult, due to all the worry of strangers and children being taken. You seem so happy here with your lovely friends. I love Autumn, and waking amongst all the golden leaves that have fallen on the ground. Our temperature her in West Devon, England, has dropped dramatically, but it is a beautiful crisp sunny day here today. xxx

You and your friends are really adorable that the pumpkin mug and the candles that have been decorated are really cute and also that in Nebraska that is close to Omaha has Valas pumpkin patch that one has a lot to do and also currently reading the graphic novel adaptation of The Graveyard book.
What a fun day! One of the annual pumpkin festivals here is this weekend, so I'm hoping to go for a bit in between rain showers. It's so much fun! Lots of huge carved pumpkins, music, vendors and crafters..and pumpkin spice donuts! This really is the best time of year..:)
