As always, this is the comforting hug I needed. The bike ride looked so fun too, reminded me of the fonder moments of childhood and that we can still enjoy these things as an adult. Of course, your videos always remind me of this after work and life seem so determined to make it feel otherwise.
I loved this. I really appreciate the way you said you were in a “phase” of feeling insecure about your appearance. I go through that a lot, and sometimes it feels like a permanent state. But you’re right- it waxes and wanes. Remembering in the moment that it’s just a phase is perfect.
