    I'm loving these Custom US VHS Tapes you're rolling out. They really do feel like actual releases from the show proper, not to mention how the nostalgia is hitting me like a freight train (no pun intended).

    Actually the thought of seeing a twin of Boco giving the twins a run sounds funny.

    I love this! This really feels like I’m watching an old Thomas CD on the DVD player! Very good job!

    NWR1991 I thought "BoCo's Twin" was written by Chris Signore.

      Chris signore had added in things like BoCo’s twin being from a heritage line. But most of the story was original, from my memory of the 1999 annual.

    Oof, right in the nostalgia! Although, felt more like my old DVDs than my VHS tapes, not enough visual artifacts and whirring of the VHS player. :P Very well done! Also, was that song at the end custom, or pulled from one of the actual ones, I don't remember that one, but it sounded just like something that would be an actual model era song, right down to the voices singing. So, if you did get that done yourself, massive props and I'd love to know how you matched it so well, and if you didn't, what release was it on because I'm obviously missing that one.

      The song was from the ‘Thomas the Tank Engine’ CD, better known as ‘Thomas & the Best Kept Station Competition’ that was released in the 1990’s and like ‘That’s What Friends Are For’ that I did for my ‘Toby & the Mail Train & Other Thomas Stories’, they were the only songs that didn’t get a music video release, during the classic series era, for the latter it was because the tone of song was too sad according to Mike O’Donnell and the latter also had a music video back in the day but was never released because of sad tone, this was before HIT/Mattel made one in 2015 for the CGI era on RUclips.
      Rules & Regulations has a music video from the classic series and it was never released but for some unknown reason. So I thought I give them MV’s because of that. I won’t be making anymore music videos since all the previous songs had at least a video for the American releases.

      @@NWR1991 thanks! I'll have to look in my collection, you'd think I'd have that one, although it must not have been one of my childhood favorites, because I really didn't remember that song.

    Hey NWR1991 while this was another great Custom VHS tape video that you have made I have a question, why did you not pick Headmaster Hasting's version of Rules and Regulations?
    Seriously his version of that song is SO MUCH better than the original.

    • @NWR1991
      @NWR1991  3 года назад +7

      Because I want it to be accurate like the US VHS tapes. As much as I like Headmaster’s recreations, they would just feel out of place since the music is very different.

      @@NWR1991 Ok that's understandable, I say that because:
      1. I actually have heard Headmaster's cover of that song so many times that I can count alongside the mashup that MC3801 Productions made.
      2. You did you're music video of Headmaster's version of James the Really Splendid Engine, which was the reason I commented on that part to begin with to see that if you're gonna use his version of Rules and Regulations because of it, but again understandable.
