- The full-scale Russian invasion has been going on for over two years. During this time, Ukraine's allies constantly supported Kyiv, providing all kinds of assistance.
In particular, the USA continues to provide both financial and military assistance. During these two years, the Ukrainian military received many modern and effective weapons that made a difference on the battlefield.

It's because they give so much when we have our own problems here in the U.S like the Southern Border. Most Americans are in favor of Ukraine however they also want the Fed Government sending money to support Americans. The U.S gives so much money around the world
I've written to my representative (Senators) and ask them to stop dragging their feet on aid to Ukraine. Most Americans support the Ukrainian efforts. Those who don't, are the very vocal minority. God's Speed.

Well if u actually investigate 100 billion in weapons. And 100 billion in humanitarian aid has already been sent. This isn't considering land lease which gives equipment free if it is destroyed. And not counting cia and other soldiers giving Intel. Nor does it count space x satellites and other essential equipment. Nor does it count the supply's to fix Ukrainian power info structure. I support Ukraine but USA has sent more that the rest of the world combined by almost 3x.

I don't think the M1 Abrams tanks sent to Ukraine had the DU armor.
It doesn’t, it was the least protected abrams variant available and it took a few months to rip out the DU plates before they were sent, removing even that last bit of protection. That being said losses thus far show a lot of ammo rack burnouts with the blowout panels working to save the crew so nothing that more armor would have impacted.

The US military penchant for acronyms is well known. At first, it was needed as a way for procurers and trainers to communicate effectively but later it became a marketing factor so now the acronym and system name is in consideration at the earliest stages of weapon system development.

I commanded a battery of M777A2s in the US Army National Guard. We had a computer system on each howitzer that would self lay on the AOF. Which meant we didnt a collimeter.
