GTA Online Creator Jackknife Finnegan recently received another suspension from GTA Online again for no legit reason. AI Chat Bot moderation is to blame. It can happen to anyone who uses in-game chat.

I've been banned for a whole month because of AI, and it's annoying that it keeps going like this.

I can tell you exactly why Jacknife falls fail of AI scrutineering, it simply comes down to volume, Jacknife has a loud style which comes natural to him and his many fans love him for, but AI sees it as aggressive/abusive behaviour quite wrongly.
That in a nutshell is the problem with AI, the inability to understand real threats as opposed to harmless excitement.
I tried to watch him when Oddman first started talking about this. The yelling turned me off.
@aaronchandler8569 , Yeah he has a Alex Jones style that is very loud and I'm sure AI misinterprets it as hatred and aggression.

I don't get Rockstar's logic, you can do the following in the game,
*ROB*
Convenient Stores
Jewelry Shops
Banks
Casino
*MURDER*
NPCs
Important Side Characters
Cops
Animals
*FORNICATE*
Prostitutes
Strippers
*STEAL*
Vehicles
HOWEVER, you cannot do the following,
Say anything offensive like Cursing, I would understand if a player were to say something racist or discriminatory. I understand that Rockstar is trying to parent gamers, but it's not they're job to do so, at all. It's the parents of young "under-the-appropriate" age gamers responsibility to not get their child a game that is Rated M for Mature. Parents nowadays are so soft when it comes to parenting, all they wanna do is be their child's friend and *NOT* be a Parent, which they strongly need to be one. Rockstar needs to start sending out warnings at first and the reason why for the warning, prior to banning players left and right. They need to implement the "Three Strikes" method; the first warning, final warning then the ban and with that ban, they need to send an email to the player detailing why they were banned from playing their game. They need to be transparent with the reason why the player was banned, so this way the player would know what not to do when playing GTA V Online. If the AI Chat Bot for GTA V Online is like this, I fear what it would be like for GTA VI Online, it may end up becoming worse, if Rockstar allows their AI Chat Bot to just run amok and just ban players all willy nilly like that. GTA VI Online will be in really deep trouble, during its launch year, as I can easily foresee hundreds of players getting instantly banned without any warning and many players will be sending out appeals and complaints to Rockstar Games about the ban.
*MESSAGE TO ROCKSTAR*
Please fix your AI Chat Bot, by removing it as it's proving to be a useless and counterintuitive moderating tool, as it doesn't send out any warnings and emails regarding the ban to players, like how it should be doing in the first place. Hire a team of Human Moderators that can easily discern what's truly offensive or not, as a Human Moderator can easily understand what type of game GTA V/ GTA Online is and what can be done in it. AI cannot as AI is flawed in everything it does.

It really is simple to avoid this like you said. DO NOT USE R* VOICE CHAT. There are a multitude of ways to be in a voice chat with other players (discord, etc) that won't get you AI blocked/banned. If you get banned because of using R* in-game voice chat, it like playing with matches, and getting mad when you burn yourself.
So you can't curse or even talk in game chat that literally about stealing cars stealing drugs. A game that shows titles hookers and everything else but you can't talk about it? Yeah can only imagine how much your kid gets Pick on😂

No where did I say you could, or could not curse, etc. I just said if you do, don't do it in R* in-game voice chat. Because you know it is AI monitored, and it can suspend, or ban you. When a person does, and gets banned, I don't feel real sorry for them. Find another way to communicate with your friends while you play, it ain't rocket science. Reading comprehension apparently is.

It's like youtube AI. You can't have any discussion anymore. You write a comment, somebody replys, and when you try to reply back, your comments desapears. You rewrite it over and over again, with the most polite words possible, and still can't publish it. At one point the AI didn't allow me to even write "I desagree". I H**e AI, man.

My step son has had a voice chat ban for the past 3 years for some pretty mild shit😂😂😂 whereas my best mate n I are constantly giving each other shit and everyone else in the lobby, especially when we are slinging "racist" taunts at each other(which is only at each other) and then we confuse the fuck out of everyone by saying shit like "oi you coming over this weekend for the kids birthday party as they are missing "uncle jack" and his funny stories of growing up in NZ" and there would be comments from others in the lobby saying how can either of us be mates if we are talking like that?

Well jackknife is loud in his vidoes which makes me wonder why he is getting banned in the first place. Im not subscribed to his channel cause its the way he talk in his videos which is why he got banned or suspended in the first place.
I understand oddman what your saying in this video but sometimes you have to change the way you talk in a chat or just dont talk in the chat cause Rockstar isnt going to fix or change this feature, unfortunately. Especially when GTA 6 is coming out next year.

I installed GTA online yesterday on Pc because I've not played in a few years and had to install that AI app for cheating etc. I went on to see what was new and I was bored after 10mins it's the same old boring stuff old game so I uninstalled it.
I watched/listened to this video it sounds like you're sticking up for your M8 other content creators and I say that because you haven't shown no evidence in your video of why he has been banned so you're just hearing his side and not the rest of proof what he apparently accused of doing to get banned also people in your comments say he's no saint yet your video making out he is.
GTA6 is in sight (even if there are more delays) they will give less and less of a shite about GTA5 Online, and support will be quickly minimized.
These things go when ur help or just meat modders so hold back to theme because they break all ur stuff ; ) happy new year

It seems it's country related as I have accounts from different countries. The American one is on its last warning from the AI bot for calling people a pvssy tho the other country I can pretty much say whatever I want. So there's that.

I check back about every 6 months to a year to see if GTA is a good game yet or not. and it's not with this and many other bugs. I don't understand why there's so many rockstar fans. they are the most anti consumer company I know of currently.
Just because you don’t have the skill to play the game doesn’t mean GTA5 is bad. It is actually the greatest game created ever.
