Exposition of the Gospel of Luke - Chapter 5 vs 15-26
Jesus forgives the sins of the faith-filled paralyzed man and healed him. Forgiveness of sins and physical healing are both benefits of the Gospel of the Kingdom and received by faith. Jesus is the "Last Adam" sent to restore mankind back to the same spiritual condition of Adam & Eve as they lived in the garden within Eden. This is the New Covenant.
