Hey Hippie, my triangular hitch pin does not go all the way in. When I took it out to look, I found a metal obstruction that prevents the pin from sitting in properly. Any thoughts?
@@pintsav apparently it’s only supposed to go in halfway. I was sketched out about it too, but found out there is no issue with it and doesn’t effect safety, what I did was getting a secondary anti wobble device and it held it securely
Thanks for the informative video.. I just received the exact model you have and assembling it now.. I’m concerned about the small red knob as being the only way this is attached to my hitch.. I don’t see how that is efficient in holding the rack securely.. How is that “anti-wobble” bracket thing you have attached supposed to help keep the rack secure? There’s no long pin like I would prefer.. Have you had any issues with the rack coming loose since you made this video? Thank you very much!
Agreed, that red knob is sketchy but does in fact hold. The secondary anti wobble is just a pressure fits the two together. The rack is stable without it and the pin does hold the weight of the bikes and rack if the oem anti wobble fails, I just added the second one so it doesn’t move at all and no issues at all. I take it on and off all the time when I’m riding and Not riding. It’s a dream. Just get a secondary anti wobble from harbor freight and you’ll be happy.
Got it done just like yours and it’s awesome!! Thank you for the reassurance.. Seems very solid and taking our e-bikes out today.. Super excited about the convenience of this rack.. Thanks again
That’s awesome to hear. Definitely a good investment. Mine are analog, but the full sus is a YT Jeffsy Core 2 and the Red Hardtail is a Marin San Quentin 3

What kind of bikes are those? Looking to get a mountain e bike with full suspension soon!!
