Exactly. Her flaws are that some of her attacks are slow, she’s light and tall, she isn’t really fast, and Luma is fragile, but she’s so fun to play, and not that as hard to play either (definitely not as hard as Bayo.)

You have to be very focused cause if you get sloppy or quit thinking your screwed I learnt how to do this with sheik because even 1 slip up can mean a stock

Was playing randoms in my 4pFFA arena and got R&L for the second time in the night. Something suddenly clicked; I started seeing/feeling so many options. I setup what felt like an impenetrable fortress underneath the Battlefield plats and 3 stocked the room. I have been totally sleeping on this deadly duo. I find Rosalina & Luma to be a "Johnny" type of character, which means that I care more about doing some cool tricks than actually winning the match (as long as I don't get three-stocked, lol).

hey just a question, I'm getting into smash, and I noticed that Its kind of hard to make all of the specific moves with the angles of the joysticks, do you think it is easier to play with a game cube controller because of the divots? in all of the directions of the moves that you can make it seems like it would be easier with a game cube controller. thoughts? thanks!
Good question! Neither controller is really better than the other but here’s my take: Gamecube controllers are more comfy for me in button layout and the divots do make it slightly easier to get the angles you want since the game registers those same angles with its attacks. It also has 1 frame less of input lag I believe. The biggest advantage of pro controllers imo is the extra L trigger, which can make it easier to do some very high level Rosa tech with Lunar specials and DJAC

gizmo 370 there is no special trick other than to mash ‘A’ four times quickly then hold it. You just need to mash VERY fast when you aren’t hitting anyone
hey nickleo I have a question. look man I just got into online smash and I don't know how GSP works, and I want to get into elite smash , but every Time I win I am always only gaining 10k GSP. do you have any tips on how to gain more GSP? or how to do It faster? thanks! also IDK if you know but rosa is a dead main VS mythra and pyra due to the fact that mythras side B kills luma INSTANTLY if all the slashes connect, so your better off playing corrin against a Mythra and Pyra
Hey James! I don’t really know how the algorithm works for GSP but it seems like it moves a ton when you first start using a character and slows down a little as you play more matches, but I think the GSP of your opponent also plays a part. As for how to build it up faster, I have no idea other than to just win more often haha. But I try to not care as much about GSP and focus more on how I can play the matchup better. Also, fun fact: Rosa’s gravitational pull affects Pyra’s side B, so you don’t even need to worry about dealing with it if you’re able to react! Plus Rosa can gimp Pyra really easily by throwing her offstage and going for a low forward air.
@@jamestravaglia3510 mythras side b is really annoying for us, but shielding it can give you a free punish and if they use it offstage you can still spike them with dair 🤷🏻♂️ But you may be right that Corrin could be preferable

Eric Yang yes, you just need to make sure that you input the grab at the very beginning of the dash attack for it to cancel. Once you get used to the timing you can use it every time you go for a grab!
Mayates its a bit difficult at first. Try dashing, then roll your thumb to really quickly hit A then Y, while releasing the control stick right in between the two. And when I say quickly I mean almost instantly. If you can’t get the timing at all, you could try it at 1/4 speed in training

Wizards N' Dragons it takes a lot of practice to get consistently. The closer you get the ground the better, but if you end of buffering a ground attack you know you went too late. If you get it perfectly (2 frame window) Rosa gets 0 landing lag and you can Lunar land back air into grab at ANY %

Rosie is my favorite so I wanna learn her and use her as my main I don’t care what anyone says
I like using dash then jumping and then do forward air to start a combo or just kill
Rosalina’s down tilt and set up a jablock with luma if it’s not tethered and can lead up with forward smash nicely

How do you rapid jab. I am not able to use it at the ledge for ledge trapping.

Syczo you need to input a jump within only 2 frames, so almost at the same time

Question: for Rosa's dash grab, you perform a dash attack and cancel during the attack by pressing the grab button?
Eric Yang yes, you just need to make sure that you input the grab at the very beginning of the dash attack for it to cancel.
Once you get used to the timing you can use it every time you go for a grab!

it does still work, but you need to input the actions within 2 frames of each other (as super close to at the same time)
2 frames is 1/30 of a second
