      I haven't tried that but I have some bread recipes in my channel that are suitable for a gluten free diet.

    If you wet your parchment paper it is easier to use just wet and squeeze out water.

      Her recipe in the link said bake 30 minutes with the lid on and remove lid and bake 10 more minutes
