I know I should be sleeping...but I just wanted to share this. I'm autistic, never knew it until recently, and I have always had difficulty identifying emotions. I'm 33, and I just figured out what "hope" actually felt like yesterday. It was like a brand new emotion for me! Now it's so special. Haha. And when I was reading this comment section, I felt so much hope in all of these comments. I feel it emanating from the center of my heart. A cute little light shining out, so innocent and pure. Hope. :) ♡ In a way, I don't think I've ever had hope. I've had anticipation, desire, longing... I've hoped for many things, but never stopped to feel the hope by itself, which doesn't need anything to hope for. It can be enjoyed all alone! 😊

Sometimes I wake up because of random house noise. I’ve learned to sleep in headphones and this is the only thing that blocks noise enough to keep me asleep. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Channels like this makes me happy there are certain people in this world care about others and there well being. Me being the fact I can’t just sleep silently. I need noise wether it be a fan or sounds like this. Especially this, so I thank you very much. I’m gonna sleep like a baby tonight.😌

All my 6 months old has been listening to for months to go to sleep. My husband discovered that this is what soothes him and he falls asleep instantly and when he’s really cranky we put the sound right up to his ear and he will calm down and go to sleep. Thanks for this!!
