Love Bucks, and Schrade. It's what us older guys grew up with. Great video Scabo. #22aday🇺🇸💙 retired on fixed income, so I'm all about a good budget folder or fixed blade.
Thank you Scab, I hate when guys break the tip off a knife by stabbing it in hard pc of wood and prying side to side with it. Punk wood yeah but most knives will not hold up to prying with the tip in in harder materials. If it can do it, great but if not then you can't knock it if it fails.
My name is Buck, I'm here to show you, that a steel like 420hc still is a bladesteel that deserves to be used. And that Paul Bos is the master of heat treat. I for myself am thinking, that No. 2 is Cold Steel, at least before they got sold. Their SK5 and the other high carbon steel variations are great, and even their AUS8 and even more the AUS10 are showing great results when compared to much more expensive steel variations. I even like their Krupp 4116 stainles on my Finn Hawk. #22aday Stay safe everybody, and stay blessed. Greetings from Germany!
I've had one of these for a few years and I really like it. Just a solid knife and a good work knife. I'm working a ton this week so a little behind watching vids. Thanks for the vid.
Nice test. That’s a lot of cutting without a touch up. I love buck knives. I’ve got a buck lite that’s 25 years old or more. Still a razor. I use to skin deer with it and could get 5 deer done before having to touch it up. 👍👍
You forgot to mention if you dropped this when in the woods youd be hard pressed to find it! 🤣 I have the same camo pattern on my hunting clothes! Works REALLY well!
That looks like a well performing knife. Like the look and seeing it perform. Going to have to look at one of these. I have to ask Avispa or Bantam? God bless you and yours. #22aday

#22aday nothing wrong with a workable budget knife. My Wife's favorite knife is the KaBar Dozier with hole.
