Hay una gran variedad, pero generalmente los clásicos son de longaniza, suadero, al pastor, etcétera. Pero cada estado tiene su forma de prepararlos; por ejemplo no es lo mismo un taco en la ciudad de México que en Guadalajara.

la mayoria de los tacos deliciosos son del centro del pais de mexico, aun q tambien en las ciudades del norte y sur, pero como en el centro.... no lo hay D:
la neta ya probe todos los tacos del centro y no se comparan a los tacos de carne asada de sonora. para mi los mejores tacos del mundo y si no me cree vaya a veriguarlo se lo dice alguien que ya viajo al centro

donde yo vivo me como 2, al sonorense no le gustan la comida en presentación miniatura, tampoco es comun ver este tipo de tacos de cachete, labio y esas cosas. casi pura carne asada
No carnal, te admito que los de asada esta chingones pero no se comparan con unos de pastor con cebolla, cilantro y un chingo de salsa roja. :D

no mames ya probe todos esos de pastor tanto en el norte y el sur. los de asada en el sur tambien están bien malos. yo no digo que toda la comida del sur sea mala solo digo que cada parte tiene lo suyo y para tacos definitivamente los de asada de sonora
