U can sweeten some milk(milk:sugar- 2:1) n let it reduce for sometime, cool it down, add this into the whipped curd

Use 2 plates. You will have to flip twice
On the bottom of the box also she put nuts. So it’s in both sides
She didn't put any pistachios on the bottom. They wouldn't stay put anyway, the liquid would disperse them. She used 2 plates, just didn't show it.
