All these years I've admired Shania, for her singing and her beauty. I must admit though to being shocked when hearing her speaking voice for the first time about eight years ago. It just didn't fit the image I had of this wonderful woman. Her vulnerability showed (aren't most of us insecure even a little?), and somehow I understood how the bad treatment from Mutt Lange came about (he built her up and practically shut her down). She's been through hard times and knowing this I respect her even more. I look forward to the day that she doesn't have to explain her misfortunes (lyme disease has taken the lives of two amazing women I've known). I wish her much happiness.

Even with her voice damaged, she made a BEAUTIFUL new album, with all the songs written by her. She had the courage the get into the spotlight again not sounding like in the past, and despite that, she keeps shinning and being and inspiration. So, basically, in my book she is still better than most of new artists who only repeat a formula, don`t have charisma, sounds all the same, don`t push any boundaries.
This LEGEND remains humble as always. Real fans like me, will keep consuming whatever she does, because she is just AMAZING and deserves all the support and happines.
I love you shania twain not because your pain but because of how volnerble you were...
I feel your music showed that this album wouldn't be what it is! Without UP! To me in a way it corrosponds it. Those who don't like the new album probably don't understand up and the alternative influences that are shown in this new album love it

First of all, I LOVE SHANIA very much... from the bottom of my heart - forever! BUT! I don't like very much her new album NOW... I don't wanna lie! Yes, there is couple songs what I really like but not love,... album as a whole - I'm sorry Shania, it's average?! But I see Shania as very good fighter with reality... she knows that! She lost voice as singer... but she is fighting with this problem and I really believe that never give up! Her sing voice as before will be back again and soon! ;) It's 15 years... We're realizing that and we will more patience! BEST OF LUCK SHANIA TWAIN! We Love you and never ever STOP! I can't wait for her another album... :-) Shania has style!!! PS: I don't really like costumes on your world tour NOW - horrible! Kick off your designer! Sorry for my honest!
