Yep, the default Simplex 4100/4120/4100U/4100ES evac message. A female version is also available as an option. Even after they changed the Slow Whoop sound, the message remained the same.

At my school, we use voice evacuation, but it comes from the announcement speakers. Not the fire alarms themselves.
