The building where I work at has uses this as their fire alarms as opposed to just the horn Found that out as one day we had our annual fire drill and when I heard that oh too familar siren I was like “Yup, that is that Simplex voice module they’re using”

Yep, the default Simplex 4100/4120/4100U/4100ES evac message. A female version is also available as an option. Even after they changed the Slow Whoop sound, the message remained the same.

@@safetysecurityfirealarms9971 A Psych Hospital I worked at here in IL did have the same tone, But Lower Pitched and that was a Notifier/Honeywell NFS-320 And a Really big Honeywell Voice panel too that had Wheelock E50 and E70 Speakers that were installed last year. But the system is Programmed to play A Hi-Lo Siren First upon activation(Sounds like a European Fire Alarm), Then after the Code Announcement, The Code 3 Chime plays in a loop. This new System replaced a Simplex 2001-8005 Fire Panel That was a Voice panel too, Even the Lifealarm Speakers were replaced. This was because The system bit the dust and failed. The rooms have Wheelock RSS Strobes and Exceeder strobes. The Gym has AMT's now On Continuous(The Gym was redone Last month). The Building was also redone completely so This may have been why the system was also replaced. There was nothing left over from the old system.

the "Loud clicking" Is the strobe. Either the capacitor is dying, or you just have it on max CD.
There are no capacitor's on the system. I can see that because all the zones have troubles on them meaning it wasn't fully setup properly.
Unless you mean an internal one inside the alarm device.
@@SRN42069 Obviously the strobes internal capacitor (which charges when voltage is supplied, and flashes a xenon tube) Might be dying, which if that's the case, you will find that strobes with dying capacitors often flash loudly or obnoxiously. That or, he has the strobe on max candela, which draws more power from the capacitor, making a louder flash click.
@@SRN42069 Note: By "No capacitors on the system" I am assuming you meant on the zones. (Hence the troubles) If you put a capacitor on a zone, or a NAC, it will literally kill the zone or NAC ...
