The most annoying ads when using phone apps are the ones that have the timer in one corner, then when it takes past 00, the x appears in another corner so that you instinctively go to close it as soon as you can but click the ad instead.
The other ones I really hate are when the x is actually part of the ad with another button that isn't an x hiding somewhere, that is actually the x.

In Canada(at least, Vancouver) it costs 50+ Canadian dollars for FIVE GIGABYTES.
Edit: I also get unlimited talk and text so the ridiculous amount is a little bit higher than others. Still, I’d say it costs about 8$ a gig without unlimited talk and text, which is way too high.
Edit 2: over here in Canada, we have gotten used to the high prices. The average Canadian uses 2 gigs a month. Because of this, the three major cellular companies (Telus, Bell, and Rogers) don’t need to lower the prices since we are already used to conserving data. I’m sure there are cheaper options, but the majority of Canadians pay absurdly high cell phone bills.
I pay $55/month for 4GB. I used to be with Rogers and paid $95/month for 1GB.
It's bad out here. If I didn't have to have a phone for work, I would flipping live off the grid.

@@skies6106 actually theresa good reason for that, most developer have a limited max size their app can be, so the rest of the data has to be loaded separately, that is a "limitation" created by google play, just imagine they having to hold multiple gigabytes of data instead of a few mbs
