The Pringle chip teleportation reminds me when I was younger and watched 'How its Made' for peanuts, and I swear to god me and my brother got annoyed when they basically skipped the part of what method they used to open the shells/remove the shells because it went from "Roasting the peanut in the shell" to then the nut itself being on a conveyor belt and the shell just missing and no explanation on that missing step.
I'm pretty sure they have some sort of simple device like little squirels breaking shells and throwing them back on the conveyor belt
The device might be a trade secret or a patent. The pizza dough plant my father-in-law co-owned had an extreamily strict "no phones/camera allowed" rule because they didn't want video or photos of their machines.
