Hey Ben, I just wanted to make sure to drop a comment on how much I do appreciate your tutorials. I have sunk dozens of hours in watching your tutorials and it helped me so much improving my skillset. You are not just showing off some cool stuff you teach the logic behind it what enables the viewer to do all kinds of cool stuff with it. You are a great mentor and I really do admire you!
Nice one. What about a good radial blur, best would be without the custom node (I've seen and also use something from the Unreal Forums) but I am sure you have a better approach for something like this. Best regards.
Hi Ben ! Thanks for this great video once again ! Very excited about this post-process series ! Do you already know the effects you're going to talk about in future videos ? I would love to learn more about the Kuwahara effect. I've been trying to reproduce the effect showcased by IO chair on his youtube channel, unfortunately without success. He is apparently adding time dithering to the Kuwahara filter which in my opinion really improves the paint brush effect of the Kuwahara. I've tried to learn more about this time dithering, but I have a hard time finding information about. IO chair also made a post on the unreal forum where he shared a bit more info. Anyway I think this would make a very interesting video :)
New to the channel, just catching up (Ep 17). Ben, I've only just noticed you don't really have anything to sell, like tutorials or shaders, etc. That kind-of-shows you are doing this for the community. I hope you are going to post stuff on the new Epic Games Dev Community. You are able to post "snippets" of shader graphs and blueprints, that can be viewed easliy online (and cut and paste).
I'm glad you noticed! I'm not doing this for money at all. I just really love what I do and hope to be able to share it with more people so that they can love it too! Thanks a lot for your suggestion about the Epic Games Dev Community. I'll take a look at it and see how I can use that resource.
@@BenCloward awesome. Me, as a more “practical” artist, (trying to get as technical as my brain-can-handle…) I’m trying to see art, mathematically, as somehow visualising black-to-white(0-1)… practically…?… anyway, I’m a slow learner; but determined.

This is great Ben, I'm trying to replicate the Helios 44-2 lens effect and this video helped me a lot!
Huge thank!!!
Excellent!
Hey!! great tutorial, really helpful!! Is it possible to create a sun shaft effect using only shader graph??
Can you make a tutorial for how to make a waterline shader in unity and unreal? I would love that!
Hi Ben! Thanks for the video. Which graphic card do you use?
I have a GeForce RTX 2070. Hoping to get a new 4000 series card when they come out later this year.
Do you know why the screen would become completely White? And doesn't go back to the viewport any help would be appreciated

After the last few years, I think we've all had enough of masks already! 😂
Lol yea but shader masks are cool!
