Glad that everyone was safe and no one was injured related to this incident. Thank you to all firefighters everywhere for protecting the citizens of your coverage area.
As from what i was told it just jump the fire walls. And with the wind it just took off. I got up there about 40 minutes in the job and also I heard they had a water issues. Tough Fire from the start
Is that building the all-wood-frame construction style with simple drywall firebreaks in between units? Fire looked like it went through it very quickly.
Yeah it spread quickly it’s started on the C & D side and just took over. I arrived almost 40 min in to the job so they had there hands full on that day. Wind did not help at all that was a key to the spread
Question, Why was the Arial bucket concentrating on the section that was already totaled instead of putting the stream on the progressing part of the fire, as to stop progression to the B side remaining intact structure?
What I can see is on the B side there are interior FF operating inside the structure. Don't want to put a master stream where you have man power operating
@@karlkrikelis5933the OP makes a good point. Why an internal attack if it’s a lost cause? If you’re doing a victim search that’s one thing but this was a shitshow already and no need for hand lines when master streams were the order of the day.

WTF no fire stops in all this construction ???

I hope everyone and pets got out ok, that looked like highly flammable materials in that complex, very stubborn fire spread fast
Yes indeed it was a stubborn fire . I know I was thinking about the pets as well.
Great video demonstrating why combination nozzles suck... especially for master streams
I do like my combo nozzle when used the right way. I never have worked with a smooth bore because we just use them lol
Great footage of this fire. It sure was a big one! Thank you for sharing and stay safe!
Yes it was Thank you for watching
Great aerial footage.
Thank You Im still leaning this buttons on this Remote LOL
Holy cow. Such devastation. Fire is quite the monster. ThANK YOU FOR YOUR COVERAGE
It is a monster for sure. And with todays Light Weight Construction Fire spread is faster. Fire doubles in size every minute.
Really nice thermal camera work. It's so great to see where the heat is spreading.
Thank you! What I like is you see the firefighters inside working on the 3rd floor. I just need to get better with the drone lol

This is the main reason I will never live in an apartment building.... if one burns they all burn. I hope everyone got out safely.
if you see another one of my videos 2 years ago we had a major apartment fire and that thing burned so fast.
My ex was displaced by this
Hope she is ok. Sorry for her loss
