chicken thighs and skin are very oily, no need to add extra oil, maybe you can just grease the chicken breasts

The recipe for making the bread I use in this video is available as a video, here, the bread with sesame seeds is made of Ramadan pita.

yes, pack it after cooking, keep it in the freezer, then heat it in a teflon pan with butter

why most of shawarma made in full breast? i mean, why not use thigh which is more flavorfull rather than breast
