Helpful! For others - I personally did not have to reset my controller. The trick of holding the select and PS button down until blue lights flashed was enough for my PC to pick it up and connect.

If this doesn't work for you, try turning off other Bluetooth devices around you even if they aren't connected to your PC. I tried this whole procedure 4-5 times without success and it worked immediately after i turned off Bluetooth on my Phone.

GUYS! if this doesnt work like it did for me it is probably because u need to update your windows which u can do at the bottom of your settings that was what worked for me. But no video says this so i thought id say it.
