I'm married to my husband 9 years. I worked for the first 6 years of my marriage, made more money and was paying for more than he. However, I was laid off and have been home since with our 3 kids. I take care of the children; home and still pay a couple of bills, but it's still not enough for him. When I worked, he wanted me to make more even though I was making more and doing more for the family than him. Now that I'm home, he needs me to find a way to bring in an income. I just feel like I'm not enough. I don't want to come off all emotional. I think I started off taking on the man's role and he resented me, but now he wants more from me because I'm not financially independent. I need a true man's perspective on this. I do love my husband, but I'm at a loss as to if I'm not doing my part
