FANTASTIC!!!! I've been using Premier for YEARS but I still picked up heaps of tips from this video. Such a clear and easy to follow tutorial too. Those having issues with scaling not showing, make sure you have GPU render selected in File, Project Settings, General, or simply build the project by hitting enter. Only mistake I spotted was you say it's CRTL+SHIFT+D to apply the default transition, but I found it's actually just CRTL+D. You add in SHIFT if it's an Audio transition. Other than that 1 small thing, this was simple awesome and so very very helpful.
Wow you completely remade this video. I remember the original video because I watched it I don't know how many times to make a slideshow for a client. Thanks again Nathan!
Thank you sir. I followed your instructions and worked first time. Cannot thank you enough as it is my sister's birthday and they wanted me to do a slideshow in 1 hour.
Wow!! I cannot tell you how helpful this tutorial is for beginners like me!! I never knew one could copy paste effects!!!! This saved me tons of time!!!! You are a star!!!!!
This was incredibly helpful, clear, and concise. For those of us who hate the "automated" ones by iPhone, but don't know where to start in Premiere. 10/10 thank you.
I really salute you. I need to see a photo slideshow tutorial and i thought i won't be available since you're changing the channel name. But here i am, watching this new tutorial you've created. Thank you so much
Thank you for a great tutorial! It helps a lot. I saw an command there you can put default transitions on several pictures.. Command was not Ctrl + shift + D, it was Shift + D
Hi, great tutorial! I already used it, so thank you :-) Just one thing, in the step to resize the pictures, you can also use CRTL-ALT+V to paste the size SCALE and/or the POSITION in the other images. This means you don't have to do every image one by one and saves a lot of time. Grtz from NL
this is perfect, thank you! we all probably have aspirations of bigger videos but hey if a friend asks for a quick photo slideshow, you gotta know these edits!
Thanks this works great. The only section that does not work correctly for me is the final 3D. setting the 3 & -3 offsets the photo to the left. Thanks :)
Love your tutorials. They have helped me immensely. I remember this one back from the Orange days, when i first created my first ever slideshow. and if i recall it was my first time ever using Premiere. I still pulled it off. Cheers mate !
Such clear instructions, and for a novice using youtube start stop process this was brilliant and my 25 photo slideshow was complete in no time. Thanks
Good tutorial, thank you. A tutorial on how the space the individual image time and transition to match the rhythm of a soundtrack vould be very much appreciated.
This is an excellent tutorial. Thank you. I am having a strange issue with the Basic 3D. At the point where it goes from Swivel 0.1 to -0.1 and tilt goes from -0.1 to 0.1, the image noticeably bounces. HAs anyone else experienced this? What did I do wrong?
The best and most clear explanations on the net. I come back to this tutorial all the time. Wish I could start to remember though :) Keep up the great work. It is much appreciated!!!
Somewhere I saw similar slideshow where blurred and normal pictures slide from opposite directions but I am not sure how that was made - the problem is by just changing the slide directions of blurred or normal images the new blurred image covers the old normal image. BTW, the transition can be copy pasted to all clips by using "lasso" to select multiple edit points and it would be better to use Set to frame size instead of Scale to frame size.
This was just great! Easy to follow and it worked perfectly. Now that the radial shadow is no longer available (fall 2021), do you have an update that can show us how to create the white frame around the images using the latest Premiere Pro version? Thanks a lot.

6:41 It's not Ctrl + Shift + D but only Shift + D. Great video btw!
Thanks, are you on a Mac or PC?
@@Storysium Shift + D works on PC , u should pin this message really important
@@Storysium PC
Seems to work both, depending on your version of Premiere. Anyway I'll pin this one to see for anyone who is confused. :)
Thank you!! I could not figure it out.

Wow I learned a lot today. I think Premiere is a monster when it comes to videos even in simple purposes.
