This house is spectacular! I love the window design, and the bathrooms are exceptional. Space was well planned. Even the kitchen pantry is wonderful. Great tour! I enjoyed it.

Nice home for the chinese ambassador because it has all the space to accommodate his listeners and spies. In terms of quality, the home is overpriced. 85M for a house with a dated 1940s colonial ambience, no weather-stripping for exterior doors, no screens for the covered lanai, barebone metal windows with no casing... and a lot of open wasted spaces

I mean, with less than half of that money($250,000), I can buy an apartment in the Caribbean and get a new citizenship for my whole family with my investment. So it's a question between buying this mansion as a liability (#richdadpoordad) or buying an apartment in the Caribbean and getting a passport in return plus I can always resell the apartment after 5 years and still keep my new passport 😉

With that amount, I can get real estate and a Caribbean passport that gives better global mobility compared to our African passport
