- To screen print mugs with the Model F1-DC from Systematic Automation, start by ensuring that the screen is properly mounted and tensioned. Next, prepare your artwork and transfer it onto the screen using emulsion and exposure techniques. Once the screen is ready, load a mug onto the machine's fixture and adjust the position to align with the screen. Apply ink to the screen and use the squeegee mechanism to press the ink through the mesh onto the mug. The F1-DC's precision controls allow for accurate and consistent printing. After printing, carefully remove the mug and allow the ink to dry or cure as required. Repeat the process for additional mugs, making sure to clean the screen between prints to maintain print quality.

What keeps the ink from peeling off? Is there a second treatment that happens once the paint is on, like a glaze or heat/baking?
There are two options. Bake on as you say, or UV curing.

what ink do you use on those mugs?
Marabu, Nazdar, Ruco and many other manufacturers all have options for ceramics and various plastics.
This would have been great but the music is very annoying and it can't be turned off without turning off your voice explanation.
