The LX is a beautiful SUV, though the jumble of screens on the center console is both a mess and an afterthought. It lacks some features that it's peers and cheaper vehicles have (massage front seats, panoramic sunroof, etc). It's also one of the smallest "full size" SUVs out there- in part due to it's offroad nature, sure, but it's also lacking KDSS at that rate. They added 2nd row luxury features as if people would be using this as a limo (no one is outside of the UAE anyway). As a result, the LX feels like it doesn't know what it wants to be and is very overpriced for what it is, especially when it's barely bigger than a GX that you can still get for nearly HALF the price.

Lexus should definitely stretch the wheelbase of the next gen LX (which I hope is launched before 2030). For the mean time, a more cohesive and elegant interior update is badly needed stat.
I bet this will be the final gen of the lx. In a couple years they’ll discontinue this joke😂
They'll need to keep this alive for the Middle East cause its sold a lot here, Lexus will lose a big chunk of their profits if they discontinue it.@@naveenthemachine
@@naveenthemachine Read your comment 😂 it will be the final year.... In a couple years it will be discontinued 🙄🙄
@@omendarklight1526I said final gen as in generation. A generation can have several model years
Lexus said they've kept the wheelbase the same ever since the original lx because it's the ideal length for offroading
I agree with the 2nd row space... it's kinda small.... in fact, it is smaller thn LC200 generation
Great vehicle, but it deserves a twin turbo v8 not v6
My dream SUV
Can’t wait for mine lx600 f sport it’s coming In July
Honestly I want to see what lotus could do with this engine😮💨😮💨😮💨😮💨
This is so beautiful 😍
A dated, ungainly behemoth SUV past its expiration.
here we go!!!
Can't get over that cheese grater grill 😂 How the hell did that get approved for production?
yes.
😂
Between them and BMW big ass nostrils it’s crazy 😂😂
why reviewing a 2023 in December of 2023? Also looks like this was filmed last summer or fall
$110k it’s overpriced comparing to the German options when there is a car like the X7M60i…for $10k more you could have a fully loaded car and making an extra 150hp and of course the new v8 engine with comparable MPG.
If i have the money and kids, i would buy it in a heart beat
This vehicle would prove that you don’t like your kids 😂
If you loved your kids you’d get something else that’s far superior and more enjoyable to live with
@@naveenthemachine😂
@@Phi.D.888 if you even dared to stuff your kids back in the LX i bet they wouldn’t like you very much 🤣
Honestly you have to have a pea sized eggplant to own one of these
I'm wondering if they fixed their defective disk rotors that warp? Both my GX's and both my LX'S have warped their rotors causing me to have them spun at my expense.
Do people know what graphics looked like 10yrs ago? 😂
Anything Lexus deserves a like from me!
Lexus LX340t is what it should be called. There is nothing "600" about this. Very weak when it comes to torque compared to the 3rd Gen V8 LX570.
I think Lexus lx -- should just be a 4 seater only come in the super luxury … and give us the Lexus version of the sequoia paired with a LWB version - we need Lexus versions of Tacoma and tundra
Fast forwards to infotainment.... Speedo cluster screen reminds me of the 4C 😢.
Stop making excuses for Lexus they have fell behind the competition.
Every brand falls behind in some way or another. We never said this was a best-in-class vehicle, but if you want a truck-based SUV with luxury and capability that is going to last a long time, this is what you are looking at.
Agreed. When I say that everyone calls me a Toyota hater 😂
@@theredlineno they don’t LOL
Bmw Mercedes jeep Audi Genesis Honda Acura Hyundai Kia Mazda Cadillac Lincoln. None of those brands have ever fallen behind. And do you know why?
Because those other brands have executed their products better. That’s why
Look at almost every new Toyota Lexus product. They’re so far behind any other brand it competes with. I could name at least 5 models to prove my point

Toyota/Lexus are on top
Im assuming Toyota is paying this channel he never saids anything bad about Toyota products. Even the stuff he complains about in other brands he doesnt with Toyotas. Thst tacked on looking Screen doesnt belong in a car in this price point, fake leather dash trim?? Nothing about that interior is better than top level Toyota branded vehicles compared to the American and European competition interiors this looks old and cheap. I really wish these pseudo influencers would drop the bias and actually provide reviews. Smh. If this was the new Escalade he would be trashing that interior for the price
Agreed. Aside from the lc500 every Lexus is subpar compared to rivals
Yet no one wants to admit it. When I admit the hard truth everyone calls me a Toyota hater 😂
Auto theft is at an all time high. Can you touch on theft protection features? For example, shutting a car down via mobile phone, tracking capabilities, etc. Thank you!
