Argh... I kept saying bottle WARMER, when this is clearly a bottle STERILIZER. I have no excuses except for the fact that I have a teething six-month old who doesn't believe in sleep. :\ Sorry!
+Sarah G I agree, thanks for the comment! I will make sure future videos don't have music because others have said the same thing. Thank you for the feedback!
+marie kr Yes, I would wash the bottles before first time use and before any time you sterilize using this. It is only a sterilizer, it does not have washing functionality.
+Rebecca Penaloza Ours did that too, it seems to just be the smell from the drying after sanitizing. It's always good to clean the inside of the sanitizer with a vinegar and water solution, especially if it gets filmy. Then rinse with water thoroughly!
+Victor what We found that you can use tap water, it just builds up some residue on the plate. (It doesn't build up quite as fast if you use distilled.) However, to remove build up, you can just soak the plate in a little vinegar-water mixture and wipe clean. :)

I have the sterilizer and the formula dispenser, and I love both!
Great video, I just wish the background music wasn’t so loud.

Great video!!
So you sterilize the bottles every day?
I’m confused so if I’m using bottles for the first time do I wash them to? Or just put them in this

I just bought mine yesterday, kinda left the lid and bottles smelling like burnt plastic? Or maybe because it's new, still play to give little one?

Do you have to clean the bottles with soap and water then sterilize?
+Erika Freeman Yes, that is exactly what we did. (The unit does not wash them, so you have to wash before you put in to sanitize.)
Great video
+clarisse mizrahi Thank you so much!
+clarisse mizrahi Thank you! :)
Hello if only using the dryer from function do you still need to add water
Awesome
Where does water come from? Are we adding water
+marie kr Yes, there is a metal plate on the bottom that you add water to. (You will notice a fill line.) It is best to use distilled water!
+marie kr Yes, you must add water to the bottom "hot plate" before every use.
The manual saids to use distilled water to use it... could I use regular tap water ?? Thank you!
