I used to work somewhere where Hillary Clinton had a speech at a few years ago. Bear in mind this is in the UK. The whole complex was completely shut down, every single CCTV camera was being observed by the secret service, registers were permitted, people were asked who they were and what they were doing, other parts of the building had to be shut down and were monitored to make sure nobody was where they could lead to being a threat, anyone deemed to be suspicious was asked to leave the premises. The fact that somebody managed to get a vantage point that fair away is mind boggling to me and it either shows extreme incompetence or that there was a clear motivation to allow this to happen

Why TF is it so hard for people just to point their phone camera at an event and just HOLD IT STEADY instead of moving it and waving it all around and missing the key moment of a historic event. For all they know, they could be the only one recording the moment on video. Can you imagine if Abraham Zapruder was waving his camera all around like a 3 year old child during the Kennedy "event"? The world would never have had that historic footage (even though a key part was edited out by nefarious folks in gov't). I e been part of many multiple state emergency drills when I was an EMT. We all had access to an emergency coms channel. Which meant if I needed to tell someone anything of great importance, I would use the coms channel on my radio. Why wasn’t this set up ? I find this very upsetting and quite honestly , a bit fishy.

I see three failures; one it seems the secret service was low staffed for some reason, two DEI hiring top down with this agency, three a clearly elevated position like that was not occupied by any law enforcement and should have.
