Now they are calling them fake electors and the people who were trying to keep the options open are being charged for fraud even though all of this would have had to go through the legal system. It's a very dangerous precedent to criminalize those who are trying to bring legal issues forward and what can be expected in a banana republic.

It's how they get experience. They all eventually either become judges or go into private practice. Trump special counsel Jack Smith started out as a prosecutor in NYC. Also, its up to the prosecutor to recuse themselves from the case when they have a conflict of interest. A defendant has the Constitutional right to hire any practicing attorney that they choose.

How can people be arrested for going through the court system? Are we going to start arresting clients and their lawyers who are on the losing end of lawsuits regarding constitutionality of an issue?
