Read my comments above....several others have stated the same thing...even this 'elector' was saying there is no precedent set for what he and others did, no case law. Unfortunately, the charge of treason is only applicable during an active, formal declaration of war.
While their actions and intentions were certainly treasonous, they are considered as sedition and/or insurrection by law.

In Arizona, any violation notarizing a forged document is typically a Class 4 felony punishable with a prison sentence of almost four years.

Any fraud involving an election is considered a felony. All states are governed in the same way it comes to election voter registration, therefore the federal government has jurisdiction and President Joe Biden could certainly pardon this lady.
The GOP claims to believe in election integrity and are serious about election fraud, so we'll see if any of the new laws they've proposed would address this.

Well.. this is how a journalist is supposed to work.
A journalist's job is to ask questions in the public interest. Not the politician's interest. They are asking on our behalf.
They get extra rights and freedoms to pursue the story without official or legal interference so long as they are acting in the public interest. And even more importantly, are protected only so long as they don't make it up.

Both sides appoint electors before the actual election and then what's supposed to happen is whichever side wins the state, their electors are the ones who submit their EC votes. So what they did wasn't 100% unprecedented. Only about 95%.

As an AZ citizen, you can contact your AG and anyone else, and have him removed for violation of his oath and violation of Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution. No person in office under the United States in any fashion can be appointed an elector.
