Danie... you have NO idea how much I needed this video. I have 3 beautiful daughters, the twins are 18 and the youngest is 9 and we raised all 3 of them in the church. One of the twins told us back in 2019 she doesn't want to be a Christian anymore, and gave us reasons why. I pray for her EVERY day, and ask the Lord to bring her back to HIM, and reveal the truth. I’m afraid of the backlash here but girl this is me. I e been a searcher my whole life. I don’t know how to explain how I fell out of Christianity but I had an experience that I interpreted to mean something that made me feel very free and right to walk away and explore other things. I now find myself on a spinning wheel of questioning everything again. I see all the world events around us and I can’t discern what’s real or fake. Literally!! I keep hearing myself remembering scriptures and confusing me even more. Anyway I could go on and on. But… what to do with all my new age stuff?? Burn it? Sell it? Some serious money in this stuff. God is SO good! ❤ Your testimony came at the perfect time. Just before I watched your video my mom died but she wasn’t at peace. Our relationship was not good. She just never seemed to look forward to seeing Jesus the way I thought she would and the way God used your testimony to answer so many questions and to help me to understand and come to terms with the past 40 years of her anger towards our Father. ❤
Anyway… she got lost but I know she had to feel the power of the Holy Spirit whenever we prayed over her. I have no doubt in my mind that she went straight into Jesus’ arms that night because of the promise that once we accept Jesus into our hearts we are permanently sealed with the HS and nothing/no one could ever break that connection. She was born again on April 8, 1966.

Everyone that has a true relationship with God has to go down that road, some of us have a winding road, some of a straighter road, neither is better than the other, it's just what we need. I love that you are preaching (not sure if you knew you were doing that) that people should bring loved ones to God with gentleness and respect and not pushing, because as you explained, you are more likely to push them further away than bring them home.

I have a friend who I'm trying to witness to at the moment who is deep in to new age and really am trying my best to follow the Spirit and be gentle, wise and respectful with my words, but it's tricky sometimes. I totally agree that living a christ- like life and showering people with love can be one of the most effective ways to open them up to Him. But I often have that feeling/thought of 'I could have said more during that last conversation '!

Most times I just don't want them to even go to hell. Even if it means praying for all sinners. I would want to do that. But then sometimes I realize that not everyone will go to Heaven 💔. I have been a believer for over 30 years. I met my wife over 20 years ago, who, at the time seemed to have a loving relationship with Jesus. She always also had a little new age thinking that followed her into her Christian walk. Now, however, for about a month, she had jumped off the cliff to fully embracing a new age version of Christianity that is foreign to what Christianity truly teaches. I have known and really liked 1st Peter 3:15, but I never noticed the last part about sharing it with "gentleness and respect". I don't have respect for the new age beliefs, because I know they are doctrines of demons. Now, however, I can see how that does not matter in the sense that she thinks I do not respect her when I am adamant about the truth, and thus she thinks I don't love her, when I rebuke the lies she is telling and living out in front of me and our children. Her new age beliefs are telling her that she needs to free herself from me and what she calls a religious form of Christianity (aka not a new age version of it). Please pray for me to have wisdom and to walk in love in this reguard, for the protection of my children, and that God would do a miracle and open my wife's eyes. By the way, I grew up in the Wheaton, Glenn Ellyn, Glendale Heights area, living in each of those towns during my childhood, and so it was nice to hear you grew up in Wheaton. We live in Virginia now, but I have a lot of fond memories growing up in those suburbs of Chicago. Anyway, God bless you for speaking on these new age issues!
The “New Age” isn’t an org or a group you join, or belong to in some way. It’s a term that was derived by a group of British occultists, Theosophists, and others, especially in the late-19th and early-20th century period. It’s based on the idea of astrological ages, which is an ancient idea based on astronomical planetary positions observed by many ancient cultures around the world. Although there were references to a New Age dawning, many in the British movements believed that the coming astronomical placements heralded the return of Christ. They didn’t find this to be incompatible with Christianity; however, others thought more of a messianic age. The phrase “New Age” was really popularized in the 1960s and early 70s, during which the Jesus Movement became quite popular as a Christian response to the hippie movement. This is when folk services and youth groups became especially important, as the popularity of occult astrology and tarot cards grew. Note that the earlier occult movement arose during the turbulent times prior to, during, and just after WWI, and the 60s/70s wave of it happened during the social unrest of that era. The timeline and frequency have seemed to shift, this is the new age .are children are the future we must protect them ,guide and show by example ..this world i walk amongst. we will call it purgatory. heaven and hell is in our minds. We create it. this world of many. supplies us with everything {everything} balance and growth is the key. choses and life lessons. everything has always been here in plain sight { mind manipulation and distractions has blinded us} . the truth is coming to the surface. we are all one of many, everything is a part of us {.all you have to do is ask}, yes you will be shown ,dreams? and signs .. we are much much more powerful ...everything is barrowed, yes your body too...this cycle in this timeline will keep on repeating ..we live though feelings and intuition it all comes from the heart , thoughts .you heal yourself you heal people around you..we all play a role in this game of life.
Pray, ** fast/do penance, ** and offer to God all your sufferings for the conversion of souls, and for loved ones caught in the snare of the New Age religion (New Age stuff is very deceptive). Doing penance doesn’t have to be fasting from food - it could be abstaining from media or anything pleasurable. “And when He [Jesus] had entered the house, His disciples asked him privately, ‘Why could we not cast it [the unclean spirit] out?’ And He said to them, ‘This kind cannot be driven out by anything but prayer and fasting.’" Mark 9:28-29
This is the time of the GREAT AWAKENING of humanity..God is within ….no man-organization is needed to connect to the God within you. Ask in fervent prayer for God to show you what it is you need to know and be open and watch for answers…Jesus was a teacher, called himself the son of man so as not to be worshipped or thought of as higher than any other human being…humans are the reason there is worshipping…that was never a requirement or request from God or Jesus ❤
I left you a comment on your "i was wrong" video. But i'll repost it here again as well. Be interested to learn what you'd say. This is the comment i made Jesus said things similar too though. Didn't he?. He told people they'd be also able to achieve things similar to what he had achieved. Maybe miracles or whatever. If the Shamans' strange gagging had freaked you out , would you feel similar as well too, when Christian start speaking in tongues, and writhing around the place and whatever else they'd do?. I'm not attempting to suggest it's ok. Just that i wouldn't write off all Shaman, due to one of them. We wouldn't do that with Christians would we?. Well we might do, but i'd question whether it's fair. Or good judgement. Do you feel Jesus would? I suspect you'd been trying too hard to be spiritual. Many mystics, even Christian ones as well, have made a special point of pointing out that spirituality wasn't AT ALL about trying to be spiritual.It's more about chilling out completely, being at peace, having absolutely no expectations AT ALL, and allowing it all to happen spontaneously, if in fact it's something that's destined to happen. Nobody can make it happen. Not even one of us can. What's more, if in fact it's destined to happen with you, or with anyone else,then there's no reason you'd need anyone else to help to guide you either. And in fact some people will purposely go to seek out a secluded cave far away from everyone, to be absolutely alone with themselves and with that what they'd seek. Also, everyone needs to use simple common sense to understand that there's bound to be a whole heap of showmen and show women out there, seeking to act out the part of being terribly spiritual. To gain fame and glory for themselves. Those are the ones to specially be wary of. So it requires wisdom of our own. That may come right away or with time and experience. People could perhaps be far better off to look out for people who'd seem extremely humble, and completely grounded. And extremely happily so as well too. They'd often be the ones with a real natural childlike simple style of faith. Mostly full of love, compassion and empathy. A forever-beginner's mind, this sort of thing could perhaps also be what some described such as being like. Folk who'll always forevermore freely accept they'd know very little, compared to what there could be to know, who'd therefore also have humility enough to be well aware how they'd never ever be capable of learning it all.
Jesus dosn't think the way you do and would bless the so called 'new agers' who seek their own path of spiritual unfoldment. After all he didn't create a church , but was rather an example for others. He would not want you to worship him either, what advanced soul would ..

Everyone that has a true relationship with God has to go down that road, some of us have a winding road, some of a straighter road, neither is better than the other, it's just what we need. I love that you are preaching (not sure if you knew you were doing that) that people should bring loved ones to God with gentleness and respect and not pushing, because as you explained, you are more likely to push them further away than bring them home.

I have a friend who I'm trying to witness to at the moment who is deep in to new age and really am trying my best to follow the Spirit and be gentle, wise and respectful with my words, but it's tricky sometimes. I totally agree that living a christ- like life and showering people with love can be one of the most effective ways to open them up to Him. But I often have that feeling/thought of 'I could have said more during that last conversation '!

Jesus is definitely doing something amongst the prodigals in the New Age. They are finally finding The Pearl of Great Price. I too wondered into all that stuff - before it was called New Age. ( It is called The New Age because it is the New Aeon of Aquarius according to Astrology.) I am so grateful that I have been able to spend over 40 years now back with Him. You have the rest of your life to spend in the great adventure He has for you.

Most times I just don't want them to even go to hell. Even if it means praying for all sinners. I would want to do that. But then sometimes I realize that not everyone will go to Heaven 💔.

I have been a believer for over 30 years. I met my wife over 20 years ago, who, at the time seemed to have a loving relationship with Jesus. She always also had a little new age thinking that followed her into her Christian walk. Now, however, for about a month, she had jumped off the cliff to fully embracing a new age version of Christianity that is foreign to what Christianity truly teaches. I have known and really liked 1st Peter 3:15, but I never noticed the last part about sharing it with "gentleness and respect". I don't have respect for the new age beliefs, because I know they are doctrines of demons. Now, however, I can see how that does not matter in the sense that she thinks I do not respect her when I am adamant about the truth, and thus she thinks I don't love her, when I rebuke the lies she is telling and living out in front of me and our children. Her new age beliefs are telling her that she needs to free herself from me and what she calls a religious form of Christianity (aka not a new age version of it). Please pray for me to have wisdom and to walk in love in this reguard, for the protection of my children, and that God would do a miracle and open my wife's eyes. By the way, I grew up in the Wheaton, Glenn Ellyn, Glendale Heights area, living in each of those towns during my childhood, and so it was nice to hear you grew up in Wheaton. We live in Virginia now, but I have a lot of fond memories growing up in those suburbs of Chicago. Anyway, God bless you for speaking on these new age issues!

The “New Age” isn’t an org or a group you join, or belong to in some way. It’s a term that was derived by a group of British occultists, Theosophists, and others, especially in the late-19th and early-20th century period. It’s based on the idea of astrological ages, which is an ancient idea based on astronomical planetary positions observed by many ancient cultures around the world.
Although there were references to a New Age dawning, many in the British movements believed that the coming astronomical placements heralded the return of Christ. They didn’t find this to be incompatible with Christianity; however, others thought more of a messianic age.
The phrase “New Age” was really popularized in the 1960s and early 70s, during which the Jesus Movement became quite popular as a Christian response to the hippie movement. This is when folk services and youth groups became especially important, as the popularity of occult astrology and tarot cards grew.
Note that the earlier occult movement arose during the turbulent times prior to, during, and just after WWI, and the 60s/70s wave of it happened during the social unrest of that era. This seems to be a pattern that often marks chaotic times of great change.
20 years later, during the AIDS and crack epidemics, among other crises, the term “New Age movement” became more popular, as the vogue for the occult, this time characterized by alternative healing methods as well as more attention to astrology and tarot, grew once again.
Each time these responses to troubling times appear, mass media has advanced significantly, reaching more and more people.
And so it is today. The insecurity of the times, plus the pervasiveness of online life, is once again spreading ideas that used to be “alternative.” Among them, so-called “New Age” ones. Humans want to feel that we can control our destiny, prolong our lives, communicate with lost loved ones, and feel secure. So we turn to practices we think will “work.” Including chants, spells, rituals, etc.
I wrote this to say: no one is “in” the New Age (or out of it). You don’t join it; that’d be like saying you joined the Gilded Age. It’s a way of referring to an astronomical phenomenon using non-science terminology that isn’t even well-defined. Even as a movement.
The crossover between New Age-y terms and neo-Pagan ones (most of which aren’t ancient), which was mostly avoided in the 80s/90s, has been interesting to observe. Popular media seems to have had a lot to do with this. The dark nature of a lot of popular entertainment has increased, too, which is concerning.
The timeline and frequency have seemed to shift, this is the new age .are children are the future we must protect them ,guide and show by example ..this world i walk amongst. we will call it purgatory. heaven and hell is in our minds. We create it. this world of many. supplies us with everything {everything} balance and growth is the key. choses and life lessons. everything has always been here in plain sight { mind manipulation and distractions has blinded us} . the truth is coming to the surface. we are all one of many, everything is a part of us {.all you have to do is ask}, yes you will be shown ,dreams? and signs .. we are much much more powerful ...everything is barrowed, yes your body too...this cycle in this timeline will keep on repeating ..we live though feelings and intuition it all comes from the heart , thoughts .you heal yourself you heal people around you..we all play a role in this game of life.

Doing penance doesn’t have to be fasting from food - it could be abstaining from media or anything pleasurable.

Ask in fervent prayer for God to show you what it is you need to know and be open and watch for answers…Jesus was a teacher, called himself the son of man so as not to be worshipped or thought of as higher than any other human being…humans are the reason there is worshipping…that was never a requirement or request from God or Jesus ❤

Jesus said things similar too though. Didn't he?. He told people they'd be also able to achieve things similar to what he had achieved. Maybe miracles or whatever. If the Shamans' strange gagging had freaked you out , would you feel similar as well too, when Christian start speaking in tongues, and writhing around the place and whatever else they'd do?. I'm not attempting to suggest it's ok. Just that i wouldn't write off all Shaman, due to one of them. We wouldn't do that with Christians would we?. Well we might do, but i'd question whether it's fair. Or good judgement. Do you feel Jesus would?
I suspect you'd been trying too hard to be spiritual. Many mystics, even Christian ones as well, have made a special point of pointing out that spirituality wasn't AT ALL about trying to be spiritual.It's more about chilling out completely, being at peace, having absolutely no expectations AT ALL, and allowing it all to happen spontaneously, if in fact it's something that's destined to happen. Nobody can make it happen. Not even one of us can. What's more, if in fact it's destined to happen with you, or with anyone else,then there's no reason you'd need anyone else to help to guide you either. And in fact some people will purposely go to seek out a secluded cave far away from everyone, to be absolutely alone with themselves and with that what they'd seek. Also, everyone needs to use simple common sense to understand that there's bound to be a whole heap of showmen and show women out there, seeking to act out the part of being terribly spiritual. To gain fame and glory for themselves. Those are the ones to specially be wary of. So it requires wisdom of our own. That may come right away or with time and experience. People could perhaps be far better off to look out for people who'd seem extremely humble, and completely grounded. And extremely happily so as well too. They'd often be the ones with a real natural childlike simple style of faith. Mostly full of love, compassion and empathy. A forever-beginner's mind, this sort of thing could perhaps also be what some described such as being like. Folk who'll always forevermore freely accept they'd know very little, compared to what there could be to know, who'd therefore also have humility enough to be well aware how they'd never ever be capable of learning it all.
