This task at 8:30 isn't bugged. The whole idea is to track that small target (you don't have to hold the key) and after that small amount of tracking you unlock a bigger target that you need to simply click. Working on flick landings and transitions into more of an micro-click.

I'm really trying to focus on improvement and technique over speed and score. Sometimes it's discouraging being so slow and not in the top percentile. Currently Diamond Voltaic, still so much improvement to make. Thank you for emphasing proper technique and for all your videos. The grind continues.

hey thanks for this! I was wondering if you might ever do a video with the 1HP channel or if you have, if ive missed it? basically no matter how long I do some excersizes in games, I have hand tremors in my wrist. And i feel like you and 1hp could come up with some killer questions and answers. But I dont see a whole lot on kind of perfecting posture other than on 1hps channel, and even then its not as indepth as I think you could go into it! I love your video and how you run this channel, the way you go into super niche concepts and get more people onboard with improvement is astounding. Keep doing what you're doing

I never really played tac fps tasks in aimlabs because I don't play tac fps but I tried this playlist and realized that it's really good for teaching you general flick technique which I was lacking in apparently. I grinded this playlist and also some other valorant tasks the last couple days and I've never improved my rail this quickly before.

@@ddkesports the other tac fps tasks I found useful are some tasks from the VT valorant benchmarks mainly from the flick tech section, the other playlist by minigod (VT MINIGOD VALORANT) and the weekly tacfps routines by skylr

i tend to arrange my dots as far out as i can get them and then place one in the middle. i found obsidian dots for a little bit more than a dollar shipped from china 🤣
i remember you told me to watch the bardoz method, but i already watched it. the reason i worked on my initial flicks accuracy was that in all top scores you see the initial flick almost touching the target. it results in smaller micro adjustments and helps with overall speed.
edit: i also caved in an got my hands on a sora v2. that 13 gram difference and the slightly better clicks do make a lot of a difference. i think the faster your pad thelighter your mouse should be. it helps slowing down your initial flick.

Loved the video man,I just hit diamond on both of my static scores and plat on tracking after fixing that arm issue I had asked you about and watching the scucci video if you might remember. I’ve gotten better at when to prioritise the muscle groups,so thank you.
Also Just wondering do you have any plans do challenge style content or personal improvement content? I’m personally a fan of “trying ___ for a week (or 2 weeks,30 days etc)”,you know stuff like that. Just a small suggestion though it doesn’t really matter.

do you use fingertip grip on val? a few days ago i switched to fingertip from claw and it doesnt seem to be working very well for me on valorant.. not sure if im doing something wrong, or if its just not good for valorant.. could it be related to my gear? or do i just need to keep aimtraining using fingertip to get better at it? because it seems to work well on aimtrainers and other games but it just doesnt translate on valorant

    Hey! Great video as allways.
Have you been thinking about making routine for quakers?
With more focus on 1) fast flicks with less focus on micro adjustments 2) more reactive tracking + how movement changes amount of reaction 3) prediction switching with more tracking after initial flick.
I didnt found any QL or QC routines, and just playing more "classic" day by day routines with focus on different mechanics overall, but i dont feel, that rly good for Quake and im not a fan of slow shooters.
P.s. Would pay to any top aim trainer for such routine, but im for Russia :rip:

for rail i found this playlist really useful, it really does teach you a clean flick techique which is exactly what you need for rail. The micro adjustments are an important part of it. I just lowered my sens a bit, ingame I use 25cm and for this playlist I use 35cm so the motions I train resemle the motions I do ingame more closely. Also pasu tasks (like "RA 1w5t PASU") and Popcorn tasks (like "VT Popcorn Platinum" or easier/harder versions) are useful for rail.
If you want to train fast flicks speciffically you can just search for easier versions of tasks but you have to keep in mind that learning the right technique first is more important that pushing speed. more speed will come automatically as you get better. But I found "VT Multishot Pokeball" a good task to train flick speed because you still need a clean technique to get a good score.
And for tracking/switching I'd just go for the standard VT and RA tasks like smooth pill, mini sphere, strafe track, precisesphere etc...
But if you want to learn how to get good at LG vs LG I can recommend doing actual 1v1 LG fights. It'll teach you both how to move and how to aim and moving is just as improtant. I'm a diabotical player so I ocasionally do shaft 1v1s there but for ql I think there's an active discord server for lg 1v1.

@@Luciferrrr0000000f I don't think quake specific routines exist, the genre just isn't popular enough. It'd be cool if someone created one though.
But the stuff made for other games and the basics work well enough for me, I just change sens depending on the task and what i want to train.
