The Lack of IGLs is the biggest issue within the high level CS community and there are a few reasons for this.
    1. Being an IGL takes away greatly from your fragging ability and makes you look like a lackluster player so the best up n coming IGLs are not getting recognized. Their star players are being poached and this cycle destroys their chances even farther.
    2. Switching from a star player to an IGL has wrecked careers before namely Stewie but nobody thinks about this they just assume he lost his edge.
The lack of IGLs is the heart of what’s destroyed the NA scene and tier 2-3-4 in general, it’s a very stressful role that only punishes your brand or the perception of you as an up n coming player because there’s no “rating” for showcasing how well you performed as an IGL

Yea this is something I noticed playing Immortal 3 Valorant as an IGL. There is a very fine line you have to run of not demanding players to do things but being that vocal encouragement to keep the players on the right track. Players will riot if they feel too controlled.
The craziest thing I noticed is that literally no one I played with knew my name at the end of the game. The guy that was talking the whole entire game IGLing strat, and no one even noticed. I often had players blame my performance or something at the end of the game and its like wtf we would have lost by so much more if I didn’t pull next level counterstrats out of my ass, and clutched all of the most important rounds.
The solution to get better IGLs is for teams to stop being baby back bitches and to just stream their scrims. Not only is this content so much more interesting for the fans but most importantly it highlights the support players that sacrifice and hold the team together. This also encourages teams to be a lot more cerebral with their strategies due to being able to see how the best teams communicate or innovate with their strategies, its also not as scary as people think, they are so worried about leaking strats, but those are just gimmicks if you want to be the best in the world it really doesn’t matter if the enemy knows your strats, because you know the enemy knows your strats and you can use that information against them.
Also, I think tournaments would be so much more fun to watch if the team comms were left open for the fans to hear. I really love watching racing footage of Formula 1 or Bicycle Crit races where they have onboard cameras with commentary/race comms. The viewing experience is so much better when you can understand why players are doing certain things.

Amazing you got Robin. Thought he would say no, because he disliked interviews and especially long ones 😅

If you haven't played through the Dishonored series, I can't recommend it enough :) there's a ton of achievements, and a ton of things to find! I would recommend reading each note you come across in the game though, chances are it's useful either now or later in the game 😎 it's not like Skyrim, where you have 100's of hours of reading that "builds lore" but not really.. Dishonored's readable pickups are very much worth reading ❤️
