there is not one bit of sugar in this. It looks really good. I just ordered some Macha tea, expensive but I hear it is so healthy and green tea is required on a new diet I am beginning. So I decided to try macha instead of just plain Lipton Green tea. It looks really good to me and I wish someone would explain what it tastes like. I mean does it taste like regular green tea?
It's stronger than green tea because it is green tea leaves ground into a fine powder. It has a bit of an earthy taste like all teas but it can be very bitter if you use too much. I drink sweetened matcha with soy milk all the time because I like the flavor of match a but the after taste which is pretty bitter is not the best if you're not used to it.
