I'm SHOCKED! My mini tractor John Deere 1025r can't move these HUGE OAK LOGS! What am I going to do?

The large log you tried to pick up was pinned under other logs at one end. Secondly, you can also adjust the hydraulic pressure to increase your lift capacity. Usually its set below spec to protect the operator - not the tractor. 😅

Your having trouble lifting because the rpm is low rev it up more you get more lift. Also drive the forks under it more so it's closer and easier to lift. Tip of the forks is the least amount of weight. Some logs are heavier then others I know dogular fir is heavy and a cedar twice as thick is like a feather when you lift it

That log looked pinned under other logs….Need to dig the log loose before trying to lift it….I moved some big logs yesterday…..The backhoe makes excellent counter weight…..

The 1025r can’t lift over 900lb without stressing the tractor

Hello watching this video and how long it took you cut through that piece log was too long in seconds your chain was showing too much saw dust Not in shavings or chips So needs good sharpening and take look at rider teeth they maybe to high need bit metal filed off top rider

Thank you so much for your comments, those logs have so much dirt that my chains got dull so quickly! I need to pressure wash the logs to continue working with them and getting them milled. The logs were dragged on the ground a lot by the guys who cut them down
