A Must See in Ireland! Cliffs of Moher and Killarney National Park

- On this last leg of our Ireland road trip, we left Killarney and visited the the last few stops along the Ring of Kerry within Killarney National Park - Torc Waterfall, Ladies View and Molls Gap. These are all amazing sites to visit along the Ring. We then headed north to the west coast of Ireland to see the famous Cliffs of Moher. These are amazing and a must see if you're visiting Ireland.
After our day at the cliffs, we made our way back to Dublin to enjoy our last few nights in Ireland before heading home. We visited a few places we weren't able to see earlier in our trip including the Teeling Distillery and St. Stephens Green.

Molls Gap was one of our favorite views in the Ring of Kerry so sorry you had such foggy views. We also got PNW vibes from the Torc waterfall area. Making us miss Ireland even more than we already do haha- we need to make a plan to go back.

The cliffs are so clean everywhere. Stunning scenery. Love the grass. Emily's hair looks great down and wavy.

It's a pity you didn't have time to explore outside Dublin city centre. The coastal areas of Howth, Dun Laoghaire, and Dalkey/Killiney are well worth visiting and easily accessible on the DART suburban rail line.

I think we need to do it again though. More of a States version as you said with local ingredients 👍🏻
The ingredients are straightforward - brown sugar, Irish whiskey (preferably Powers) and piping hot coffee (not from a coffee machine). Stir to mix the coffee, whiskey and sugar. Then slowly pour cream over a teaspoon placed just at the top pf the mixture. The coffee has to be very hot to ensure the cream floats on top. You can use whipped cream but that is cheating (lol). Never order an Irish Coffee in France. They refuse to make it the right way - they don't mix the whisky and the coffee, so that in their version the whiskey sits at the bottom of the glass.
