I don't think I'll ever get the chance to get back to Ireland again and the first time we missed the ROK. So thanks!!! A great grandfather, Timothy McMahon, and great grandmother, Mary Hanlon, are from this area in Ireland and came to the United States (Chicago) where my grandfather John McMahon was born (as well as his sis, Josephine). Love this as I have been to Kerry numerous times, in fact other than my home county its one of my favourite places in the world. You have an interesting way of prounci ng Valentia Island, lo e the travel vlog, keep it up

Fabulous video of Ring of Kerry...worth doing in Killarney is the Old Kenmare road. Turn off left at the sign for it about half mile before Torc waterfall. After about quarter of a mile there is a car park on left. From here,you walk on the old Kenmare road. About third of the way down there is ootion to turn right for walk up Torc mountain.

We are off to Kerry on Saturday and I am so excited. I’m in England and I’m finally going to see where my mother was from. She grew up in Tarbert so we will be going up there also.

It is well deserved. Your ability to showcase is top notch. I knew all these places, fairly well. I made many fine memories in West Kerry. Nothing against Ballybunion 0_o I got to be a part of Monday Night Madness and played Golf there.
I just got home from Ireland about 3 weeks ago and I’m still wonderstruck. Dingle was my favorite place. I could have sat there for days and just contemplated life. It was such a spiritual experience for me. I am in awe of how you all live there. You all just have it figured out. And I want to marry an Irish girl for sure. Lol. I was able to wrap my arms around Kevin’s cross so fingers crossed. I’ll get married, move to Ireland when I retire and live out my days raising goats and children. 😂 we stayed at the Parkview inn in Killarney. The manager and all the people there were so incredibly accommodating and friendly. Anyway I can’t say enough.
I’m heading to Ireland to get married at Hags Head Cliffs of Moher end of May, and your videos are setting my heart at ease. The Dunquin Pier is definitely being added to my bucket list!

Laura, Ladies' View and Moll's Gap are great, but Ballaghbeama Gap, not far from Moll's Gap, is one of the most amazing places I've seen.

Laura, did you say where you stayed that made it easy to do all that exploring?
I stayed with Friends in Tralee. If you're looking for a good one base in Kerry I recommend Killarney. However, I would split the county in two with two nights in Killarney and two nights in Dingle.
