Great video. Thanks for showing the other side of overlanding/car camping. I just installed my RTT and we're planning a trip like this for a shake down. Hope y'all are doing well and recovering from the hurricane. God bless.
Awww man, I take my kids to High Falls once a month to hang at the playground/lake. First Steve camped in a Yurt, now you’re there. I think it’s a sign I need to take the kids camping 😆
That'll be tough. Tons of road closures between here and VA and then there's another storm brewing that I have to keep an eye on that is supposed to come around the same time. It's wild man
Love the gear videos man. Where'd you get the Talladega Jeep Badge? I saw in a group a while back someone was making them but can't find it anymore. I went down 600-1 and 600-2 over there a couple years ago and spent a few nights in Talladega; it was nice.
Howzit, dude. me again. for the water pump. Tell them to design it by adding the pump into the tank. for th paper towel, for me too much "wastage". i use uld baby reusable nappies and wash them and treat them like S%$t and they hold it together. in the wash and rotate
Many units out there has the motor in the tank. That's why they went this route. This way you save space inside. And for paper towels I use them sparingly. I bring a lot of towels and rags that we wash when we get home. And we use baby wipes also
@@BaptismOverland gotta start somewhere before you know what he might be clapping you lol. By the way I toured the Hard sider factory. And I interviewed Noel one of the founders! Gonna put up a full tour video once I get around to editing. But there is a short up check it out.

I agree the SeaSucker paper towel holder is hands down, their best version yet!
Looks like a good birthday for Jess!

Excellent video
We have hiked that same trail many times. Hope to run into you guys at Overland East.

@@BaptismOverland Yes sir I saw Kirk out there. Yall be safe down there and we will run into each other on a trail eventually.
Thats a ferro rod with striker on the Odenwolf lanyard.
Oh snap that's right! Thanks!
Nice video! Happy Birthday Jess! My birthday is tomorrow
Happy birthday!
@@BaptismOverland Thank you
Just a question, could you mount the water can upside down? Would that work?
No. I tried haha. I tried all sorts of configurations but the spout won't work that way plus the seal will make it leak the way it mounts to the mouth
Are y’all going to be at Rendezvous in the Ozarks in October?
Oooh. That sounds tempting
@@BaptismOverlandlet me know if you make the run. I’m headed up from south Louisiana next Wednesday
I think an additional bag is necessary and it should be labeled bourbon and ceegars.
Oh I have a bag for just that lol. It's actually my mobile bartender kit that I LOVE to use
@@BaptismOverland - seriously. That should have been the FIRST item you reviewed. Sounds like it's time for a dedicated 'tube on just that subject.

That's from "All Roads Taken" and their website is allroadstaken.com. They're awesome over there!
@@BaptismOverland Oh! I remember hearing about them now! Thanks for the reply! I’ll check them out again!
