I know this is an older video but I’m just catching the Overlanding bug and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this video. i’m spending a few months power saving so that I can invest in good quality gear and vehicle modifications.
This is a FANTASTIC video!! More people need to watch these and get ideas for there systems. You have a good system in place! Also your video quality is so dang good! You deserve more followers bro! Keep it up!!
I mean honestly this was 2 years ago and nowadays, I don't know if there's much distinction anymore. People have thrown out the word "overlanding" so much that I don't even like the word anymore lol.
Nice video buddy.. Packing videos are not as spectacular as other exploring videos but is always nice to see how others pack. There is always something I pick up from these types of videos. Watched the whole thing. Thanks for your ideas !! -Pete at Pete's Jeep Adventures.
Great video! I've found that for media storage (like external hard drives, extra cables, etc.) that the Milwaulkee packout system is great for holding that kind of stuff and the larger ones are awesome for storing CPAP sleeping machines as well. Another great thing is that they're really good about keeping dust out, For the real cold gear, I have a pair of insulated bibs for those times when it's 24 degrees in the morning in Johnson Valley
This is great! Im going to Death Valley and Joshua Tree for a week. I have been doing trial pack outs to make sure everything is in and secure. Your ideas are helping me a lot!
Nice setup! It is daunting to get everything ready to go. The more you go the more confident you are in your system. I’m always tweaking/refining mine. I think backpacking for a couple decades helped me learn how to build a light, bombproof system. Took about 10-12 trips though. I love good gear! Keep on keepin on.🤙🏻
Tweaking and refining is life lol. Also the bane of my existence specially with OCD. On this trip, I'm not thinking about what else I need. Instead, I'm learning what I don't so I can pare it down. I want to simplify even more
@@BaptismOverland my pleasure. Waiting until it warms up here in Colorado to put my Baptism Overland patch in the rig and post it on IG. Have a great day bud!
Really great video, but I seriously loved the liquor part... I actually laughed with your categories because that's what I take to a "T" !! Hope the weekend was great keep up the video's brother !!
This might seem like a small question but where’d you get those sticker labels for your FR Wolf Packs? I like the visual label (compared to a text label) for my storage cases
Def not a small question! I actually designed them and printed it on my vinyl cutter. You can also have them designed by someone and sent off to a company like carstickers.com to have it made
The ROAM box on top of the vehicle? That used to hold my recovery gear but I don't use it anymore. I also USED to have RIGID toolboxes that had my kitchen stuff but I don't use that anymore either since I put it all in my front runner boxes
I realize this is an older video, just found your channel. At the end of the video, 32 min mark, you're loading up gear, etc.. and you have a Ridgid box with wheels in the back. I'm guessing that it is kitchen as you stated in your response. Thank you for your response.

Thank you Asia for explaining diference between Camping and Overlanding.

Looks like a sound setup. The “list” is a must have! 👍🏻❤️🇺🇸

@@BaptismOverland bro I am legit ocd as well. You’ll have it paired down soon enough. I still carry too much sh**😂
For eggs I always crack em whip em and put them in a water bottle. Saves a LOT of space and you and trash the bottle after. Just a thought
I love all your suggestions man. Keep 'em coming always!

😂 essentials my friend.
Love this video, do you have the one showing how you set up these boxes to ur jeep?
No but I'm many of my camp videos you'll see it. I use the bars on top of my RTT and a ratchet strap
@@BaptismOverland do you mount the wolf pack pro on your roof rack? Or you just put it inside the jeep?
i appreciate this vid!

Where in Florida?
This was for the expo which was central Fla
Do you have a link available for your list/spreadsheet? That would be quite helpful to share? Thank you!
I don't. Maybe I'll create one!
Did I miss what goes into the Ridgid box?
