We got the UnPlug bags a couple of months ago for our trip up to Tuktoyuktuk in this August. Space is at a premium in the LC200 losing with the back seat to our two pups and these are the perfect bags for the roof rack! Have only used them once so far, but yes they are perfect!! They are bulletproof for sure!
I was using Zebra lights when I was doing more backcountry hunting. They mounted like the Fenix light do, but they didn’t have red light modes which was a huge downside. The Fenix lights seam ideal for my use.
So I do have a flexible regulator hooked into a big tank adapter that I'm using with the Genesis to get rid of the janky metal one. I can't remember which one it is, but I think it's either the Camp Chef one or the Kovea Slim Twin one (different sizes). I'll have to do some research by plugging it into my old stoves to see which one I took it from. Flexible regulators are so much better.
Yeah i am going to try to do the same off the new camper propane tank once I get that all rigged up. The little brass adapter screams “afterthought”. Overall though, I do love that stove.
I’m proud to say I was an early adopter of their brand, and they have now grown quite a bit and work with lots of creators. I have yet to have anyone say they aren’t blown away by their stuff. If you get the seat cushion, you’ll end up with the mattress! Top notch stuff!
I don't have their comforter, but their pillows and mattresses are amazing. Super comfortable memory foam that doesn't get hard as a rock in the cold. If you winter camp at all, their pillows are a must! Also, great company with great customer service. I wanted mine a little more firm and they sent me more foam for free, NQA.
@@trailheadjunkieIf the product is worth it then I don’t think it’s overpriced. I own two hest pillows, two of their foamy pads, their dog bed, sheets, and just bought their down comforter. It’s expensive no doubt but not overpriced. Compared to the competition who are trying to catch up the Hest, I think it’s competitively priced. Also be sure to always purchased it while on sale. I’ve always bought it when they are 20-25% off so it makes the expense a little more justifiable.
@@IndependenceOverland yeah, I also have the big boy with the 3rd strap and rarely use it cause it's so heavy and big. It's really useful for trailside repairs or anything where you need a crapton of light though! 😆Great gear guide!
I saw that the other day too, it’s an error on the website. If you go to “shop all” and scroll around, you’ll find another listing for them that isn’t sold out.

Probably the best gear review I’ve seen lots of cool gear I’ve never seen before.

I've been using Fenix lights for probably around 15 years now, can't go wrong with their lights.

Good stuff man...i added alot from this video to my "future buy list spreadsheet"...I do like that you promo what you use!
Gonna grab that espresso maker for my wife and maybe she'll forgive the dozens of other items I've purchased after watching your stuff. LOL
Combine it with Bones Coffee and it’s incredible! 🤌
@ 😂😂 I was no-kidding just looking at their Black Friday sales.

I keep hearing about Hest. Their stuff seems pretty legit. I might have to get the wife some of that seat cushion for Christmas

They are ridiculously over priced but once you own one you will understand why we bought them.

@independenceoverland if you transport 1 lb propane cylinders, how do you do it? Do you use a pelican case, for example?
You know that little Fenix light also has red mode? :D I love my Fenix lights.
Yes sir! I use it when I’m doing Astro photography so I stop blinding myself 😂
@@IndependenceOverland cool, just wanted to make sure people knew they didn't need to get the big boy to get red mode. :)
@ oh yeah I should have mentioned that, thank you. The little 50 is cheaper, and more useful because it’s lightweight.

Noooooo! I was going to pull the trigger on the onward headrest organizers and they're all sold out!
