The washers might be for between the screwhead and the brass bushing to help dirt from going in between the pivoting parts? I’d try some nylon washers on the top at most.
My comp Trx4 weighs in at 8 1/2 lbs. No brass needed. Hahaha. I would like to shave a bit more weight from as high up as possible. Went heavy first. I’m liking the capability more and more as I get rid of cumbersome weight I didn’t need.
yep me too, mine is about 7lbs 9oz and its awesome and that's with 76g brass covers and STRC brass knuckles. I dropped a lot of weight off the body and added nothing in the chassis that wasn't necessary. It even has full shift and diff servos. Have you seen my build series on it?
For a 12$ investment you are looking at a very durable set of chubs LOL!! Thanks for the info I do think it's worth t to try something different. Do you have decals available?🤔👍👍👍👍
Jedi Radek Crif LoL go for it. As far as these go I won C2 Pro class with them and I also won C3 this past weekend. Both trucks are using these. There is a higher clearance set upon eBay but they are about $90 or so.
Great info. Thanks! BTW, the washers are spacers for optionally mounting the shocks on the chubs.
Thanks for always going the extra with all the link. Love this about your channel
Thank you
Awesome tech as always bro! Please! Keep up the good work!
Thank you

I sure have. Mine is on its way under the 8lb mark as well. That’s RTR weight with battery. And I also have all three shift servos.

Would you happen to have an updated link by chance?
Every lil bit counts!

How much chub space compared to Red Cat
That’s a good question. I’ll measure that out and maybe do a portal comparison video on the two.
