      It's good I just prefere an Edgar Deck that is more flavorful, playing shit like Ragawan is always scummy and there are lot of non vampire creatures in this deck. Also who actually spends the money to play with the og dual lands in their deck.

      @@pavma7 what’s scummy is that people think it’s socially acceptable to spend $100+ on a single piece of cardboard with some colorful art on it lol I’m all for collecting cards and such if that’s your interest, but if you just play casually with friends or at a LGS then why burn through your wallet like that just because WOTC refuses to properly reprint things then price gouge when they do?

    Any chance you will be putting up a Shrine video? Curious to see what you would put together

    • @AmmiO2
      @AmmiO2  6 месяцев назад +1

      I tried building shrines but they're not good enough and don't have many good options. I find a lot of archetypes have that problem, Myr tribal for instance.

    A lot of tribal lists. Is the plan to get through all the popular tribes in one shot before moving to other themes?

      Yes, all the tribal decks up first.

      @@AmmiO2 ah that tracks. If you don't have anyone for Cleric tribal yet I recommend Orah, Skyclave Heirophant - lots of lifegain and aristocrats shennanigans to be had. You're also super resilient to destruction wraths.

    I feel like this deck is geared towards cedh, but with a commander that isn’t good in cedh. I feel like it would reach your intended audience better if you built a more casual deck list

    • @pavma7
      @pavma7 5 месяцев назад +1

      yup, the deck also cost around 4500 dollars on card Kingdom, this is just madness.

  • @caseybaughman1894

    Honest question, why/how would you put a land such as wooded foothills in this deck since there is no green in Edgar’s mana cost

    • @AmmiO2
      @AmmiO2  16 дней назад

      Fetchlands don't have any colored mana symbols in their text box (i.e. they have an entirely colorless identity), so you can run "off color" fetches in multicolor decks.
      This means in 3 color decks you get access to 9 fetches, and in 2 color decks you get access to 7.

    • @leviticus5786
      @leviticus5786 10 дней назад +1

      Why: Its an easy and effective way to thin your deck down so theres more of a chance to draw into a card you need, its also an effective way to shuffle your deck if you need/want too like off sensei’s divining top
      How: fetchlands dont have a color identity as ammi said :>

    How would you deal with an opponent playing a Blood Moon with this deck? I noticed you did not have any basic lands.

    • @AmmiO2
      @AmmiO2  Месяц назад +1

      Tons of decks in EDH get killed by cards like Blood Moon, Back to Basics, etc. I'd rather not make a deck worse but slightly more capable of beating Stax.
      If you're having a problem against those cards in your playgroup/LGS then you need to make changes to the deck.
