Kyle Busch needs to leave RCR ASAP or after 2025 i mean I'm sorry but Kyle Busch he just feels like wants to drive for someone else other than RCR and i don't even blame him RCR hasn't been good since dale Sr and Kevin harvick and once they left rcr were just mediocre at best and i feel sorry for Kyle Busch and i think Denny Hamlin needs to hire Kyle Busch for that 3rd 2311 car and you know what kyle busch he definitely sounds like he's done for this year and maybe he's goes to spire maybe anywhere but RCR they stink Austin Dillon is just awful and Austin hill is just evil Xfinity driver and at this point Kyle Busch needs to do something like what Tyler Reddick did when he left RCR that's all there's to it
I think you are spot on. Rodney didn't go to spire to crew chief for Corey. He is a winner and will not be able to win with Corey. If not Kyle, they got some other big name heading that way.

RCR has a driver in Xfinity that is going to turn head's!!! Jesse "THE HAMMER " Love!!! He's a rookie in Xfinity series this year. He has had a lot of things happen that have made his results suffer!! Yet still 6th in points.

Richard Childress is more worried about what vest he wears & what wine he is drinking. Thats one hell of an idea about Busch and Childers that has the potential to be something great.

Who can buy out his contract then pay him somewhere in the vicinity of 12 - 15 million bucks/year? Childress will also want premium dollars on that contract buyout. Then, at age, now pushing 40, what is his actual worth as a top tier driver after 2025 when he will be almost 41 with a bunch of pretty good early/mid 20's drivers wanting to move up from Xfinity for a lot less dollars?
RCR spent so much on Busch that it has definitely affected the team.

I remember Benny Parsons (RIP) saying (when someone was talking about Kurt Busch) "I heard his little brother is even better". So I remember him when he was GOOD. Sadly, those days (IMO) when he was in was in his prime are in the rear view mirror.
Kyle has not been perfect for sure but he isn’t even 40 yet and when you look at what he was doing the first half of last year I don’t think he goes from winning several races and having multiple runner up’s and consistently being in the top five or top 10 to not even being able to stay in the top 30 because he is washed up. They are having some issues at RCR for sure . I still think he is to young to retire so I see either RCR starting to head in the right direction and he resigns for a few more years or I could definitely see a move at the end of next year. I could see spire being an option for sure .

No top tier team would take someone as disruptive as KB to come on board and act the way he left Gibbs and how he slams RCR his big league career is over and he can only be an also ran so best for KB is to retire and help his son.

Busch's value has decreased. He has a lot of negative baggage. Yes RCR equipment isn't top notch. Kyle has also had a bunch of bonehead moves. He has entered the twilight of his career. It is reasonable for Spire to consider him but that's a year away. Corey Lajoie needs to put up or just go away. He has nothing.

he can still wheel a racecar as he has a couple top 10s (and also outperforming dillon.) and most of the dnfs either come from equipment failures or wrecks that are not his fault.

Hendrick won’t take Kyle back he burned that bridge Gibbs won’t take him either so he has to take responsibility for his actions and take a hard look in the mirror and admit that he screwed up his career and realize that the only teams that would even consider taking him are lower tier teams and his days of winning multiple races are gone and i doubt very seriously that 23XI would hire him because of his attitude and childish behavior they already have one immature driver and don’t need another one to deal with
Richard Childress Racing is a dead end I don't think Kyle Busch has any future at all I would get out of the contract and do something else anything is better than RCR they do not have it they have no future to stay with RCR is like beating a dead horse and yet Childress holds on like he can turn a program around that died long time ago Kyle goes somewhere else and retire with dignity the only thing you'll get from RCR is Sheldon Creed what they did to him because Austin Hill was their man and I don't think you were ever in the plan Richard Childers is not sincere he isn't the man he once was and he's looking for something that he'll never find and that's a successful program he run the number three car with Austin and they've been some of the biggest losers you should have never brought that number three back you were doomed at that point all because of nepotism well it serves you right and unfortunately Kyle Busch paid the price of you selling you a bill of goods that was never there😢
