Yes, You can configure pfSense firewall rules specifically for IPv6 traffic. The way to do this is basically the same as creating an IPv4 rule, you just specify IPv6 instead. Hope this information is helpful to You. Best Regards. R.Graves

At work & for the Students the WAN IPv6 is static. But it doesn’t have to be. At home & with many ISPs it is DHCP. When using DHCPv6 you play with the settings to match your ISP . You then receive a IPv6 block of addresses that pfSense can then assign to its LAN interfaces & DHCPv6 to clients
